An Integrative Approach

While Attachment-Based therapy is the foundation of my work, I also draw from Mindfulness, Ego State Therapy, and EMDR to deepen emotional processing and support nervous system regulation.

These evidence-based modalities complement the Attachment -Based focus on emotional safety, embodiment, and transformation—helping you integrate insights not just cognitively, but experientially, in your whole being.
